DESCRIPTION:Adult Drop In Ukulele Classes!  \nWeekly Tuesday UKULELE CLASSES for any age.\nOur UKULELE group will focus on the basics of learning to JAM using a Ukulele; including instruction in chords and strumming patterns. We will practice singing simultaneously while strumming\, and will accompany rhythmically using percussive instrumentation as we play Music selected by the students and instructor. This group will develop basic Music theory skills; i.e. learning how to recognize music symbols and notes as they appear on a staff. \nJoin us a we learn chords and how to accompany ourselves and others as we play popular songs!

DESCRIPTION:Voice Ensemble: Ages 7-12\nTime: TBA\nMax 5 students \n\nSMALL VOICE ENSEMBLE for ages 7-12. This small class includes maximum 5 students and includes the following Musical concepts: \n\nVoice Training: strengthening our voice using a variety of warm ups and technical exercises\, practicing pitch accuracy and discovering our own unique tone\, texture and style\nRhythm Training: keeping a steady beat and reproducing/creating more complex rhythms\nBasic Music Theory: recognizing and identifying Music symbols and notes as they appear on the staff\, building sight reading skills\n\nOur repertoire will be chosen by the students and instructor and will include all genres\, including Blues/Jazz\, Classical\, Pop and/or Modern\, World\, etc. \nCOST:\n$20 per class \n  \nSPRING\, 2026 \n  \n*Contact Lisa for enrollment \n  \n
